48 to 72 hours from signed service agreement to the employee first active day โ€” including Arabic employment contract, Labor Office notification, and NOSI enrollment. Complex or multi-employee cases may take up to 5 business days.

+Who is the legal employer โ€” Staffona or my company?

Staffona is the legal employer of record in Egypt. Your company is the commercial beneficiary of the work. This structure removes your company's Egyptian employment law liability entirely.

+What happens if I want to exit?

Exit with 30 days written notice. No penalties, no liquidation process. Staffona handles the employee exit cleanly โ€” NOSI de-registration, final salary, and all legal termination documentation included.

+Can I transfer an existing direct employee to Staffona EOR?

Yes. If you already have an employee on a direct Egyptian contract and want to move them to managed employment, Staffona facilitates the transfer with minimal disruption to the employee.
